Set within a small, tranquil residential area, just 5 minutes from Playa Blanca central, this impressive, well appointed, detached property comes highly recommended, offering a high standard of furnishings throughout. Set in an elevated position, guests will enjoy privacy in all areas of the villa. Villa Madeleine is a luxury air-conditioned 4-bed villa with private heated pool. Set on two floors, the upper comprises a double bedroom with access direct to the sun terrace and an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms feature black-out blinds so you can enjoy a late morning lie-in. There is a luxury lounge area with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with the full satellite package including Sports and Movies. The lower floor comprises a large double bedroom (2 double beds) with an en-suite bathroom and small lounge area with flat-screen TV and satellite TV. The villa is equipped to a very high standard including satellite TV with Sports and Movies, Wi-Fi, a covered alfresco dining area and a secure children's garden/play area. The pool is surrounded by a safety gate to prevent small children entering the pool unattended. There is air-conditioning to all 4 bedrooms and lounge area. Guests will enjoy the uninterrupted panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring Island of Fuerteventura.
